How to clean the cowboy holsters
When it comes to
the smell of fine, fresh, natural raw material and quality craftsmanship then
nothing can beat the level of leather. The other materials like Kydex and nylon
are, indeed, good options since they maintain their original shapes and are
also easy to carry and maintain, but if you ask some die-hard fan of firearms
then he would surely tell you that the elegance and look is far better is a
case of leather. The leather cowboy
holsters are much quieter and comfortable than other synthetic holsters and
most of all, an ordinary leather holster can last at least one lifetime - the
only condition is if it is being maintained.
●
Wash your leather holster after every two to four months with soap and
avoid frequent cleaning since it can make the leather stiff.
●
To remove the dirt and impurities from your holster, use leather
lotion, warm water, or glycerin soap. Moreover, do this with smooth finishes by
using a soft fabric
●
To wipe off the blood, dust, or sweat from your crossdraw holsters, use a soft towel - you can also dry the towel
slightly or can use a smooth bristled brush to remove stubborn stains
